Xero Integration
Invoice once, in GlobalWorkshop. Press a button to Sync to Xero.
What syncs
- Sales invoices - 1 to 1 representation of the sales invoice in Xero, with GL codes, taxes and discounts correctly set.
- Purchase orders - generate the PO in Xero, with out rekeying information.
- Supplier invoices to Xero bills - sent with the PDF attached. Supplier Invoices add-on, in development preview
- Contacts - clients and suppliers matched or created
Set up once
- Chart of accounts, tax rates and Xero Items - imported automatically when you link, and refreshable at any time.
- Default account codes - set them once, then override per part or task where you need to.
- Works with most Xero organisations - including US tax types.
Not using Xero? You can still use a chart of accounts in GlobalWorkshop and export a sales invoice report with line detail and GL codes - ready to import into QuickBooks and other accounting packages.
Xero Integration is £ 2.70 per staff member per month, + applicable taxes. Available for NZ, AU, UK and US Xero organisations. Talk to us to get set up.
Supplier Invoice OCR Preview
Stop retyping supplier paperwork.
Photograph, upload or email in your supplier invoices. GlobalWorkshop automatically reads off the information so you don't have to, simply confirm, assign to jobs, and then send the bills to Xero.

Import Robot POA
Years of build photos, onto the timeline in one go.
Upload whole folders of photos and videos and the Import Robot automatically creates timeline updates for you - grouped by week or by month, and tagged by subfolder. Test the import first, then have a cup of tea and let the importer work.
